Buxton and District Playday September

Well despite my car transporter trailer being out of action , Jame decided that he was going to Drive Meg to the BAD play day at hartington quarry to take part in the play day

We followed along in my defender with a few tools to cover any repairs he may need , it was a nice pleasent drive through the countryside taking the back roads , MEG the series 2a looked in her element on the tight country lanes

Meg was the oldest land rover there by far and i reckon the only series vehicles despite this she had no problems at all going almost everywhere that the defenders went indeeed she did out perform a few defenders
