I competed regularly in Single Venue Stage Rallies using my rear wheel drive MK2 Escort until 2000 after a couple of years out of Rallying i am working on my car with a view to return in 2004 , Shirley and i used to compete regularly in the EMAMC Multi Use events mainly in the Lincolnshire area. Most of my spare time since has been taken up with Rock Climbing which i started 2 years ago and has become my current , in what little spare time i have when i am not climbing we often go Camping or Hiking in the Lakes or Wales including long distance walks such as the West Highland Way , currently most of my spare time is involved with Landrover's including restoration of 2 series one vehicles and my sons series 2a Landrover
Other areas of interest within the site are connected with some of the above with information on Fitness Training such as Yomping , Running , and Weight Training including injuries and treatments that i have personally encountered and information of any people or friends that have helped me with my interests .
